Bastrop County, east of Austin
Twin Creeks is off Stork Road in Del Valle ISD, about 25 minutes east of Austin. Homesites run from half an acre to 1.2 acres, with electric from Bluebonnet Electric, water from Aqua Water and septic.
Atascosa County, south of San Antonio
City View Ranches, City View Estates Unit 1 and Country View sit near Jourdanton and Pleasanton, in Jourdanton ISD and Pleasanton ISD. Choose from half-acre homesites up to ranch tracts of more than 30 acres.
What you can do with your land
Qualified mobile homes are allowed, and most buyers set one up or build a small house. Each subdivision has its own deed restrictions, so ask us for the restrictions on the lot you like. After three months of on-time payments, we can finance your septic, water or electric package.
